Phil Wong is our ideal candidate and we enthusiastically endorse him for City Council representing District 30 Queens. Phil has been a community activist prioritizing quality of life issues for his neighbors and NYC, fighting the warehousing of homeless and migrants in local shelters and community jails, opposing congestion pricing and the City of Yes rezoning plan. As a dad to three public school students, Phil cares immensely about public education. He has been a vocal advocate for Specialized High Schools, Gifted and Talented programs and strong academics in our classrooms. His grassroots activism and authentic voice for the Asian community makes Phil our ideal candidate for City Council.
